[P4G PC] Missing a step?

Hey all

Working on those DAN imports and I've come across an issue:

As the video above shows, the model converter seems to have decimated my jacket. Spent more than an hour triple-checking my rig, that's not the issue.
In-game, my head seems to be following some other animation, and in-battle, it copies one of the enemies. That's a new one for the books. :o :lol:
Another issue that I wasn't able to preview in game: The lenses of the glasses. Is there a specific material I have to set them to for them to be transparent?
