[P4G PC]How to unpack data.cpk?

P4G PC version has a data.cpk file. I tried to unpack it, but every cpk unpack tool didn't work.
I think it maybe an encrypted cpk file. How to unpack it? Thank you!

For the PC release of the game, all the data is stored in the .pacs instead. You can use NR2_unpacker to obtain the files.

I know how to unpack pacs. I have already unpack all pacs, but I still don't find skill and persona data such as skill hit & damage, persona skill table. That's why I want to see what's in the data.cpk.

There is nothing in the cpks. What you are looking for is in data00004/init_free.bin

There are tools made for Neptunia that can let you do that, you should be able to find them in the Steam Community, but you don't really need them for P4G, you can just use TGE's Mod Loader plugin for ReloadedII, check it out. It bypasses completely the need to create .pac files, to put it simply.
