P5 custom models distort in battle

Hello!

I rigged custom models for all the playable characters, but for some reason the men work fine until you enter battle then,,, they crumble up into a ball i guess? Idk how to describe it... They can walk around the palace just fine. Also I'm replacing the dlc outfits in case thats important.

I had this problem with Ryuji a while ago but i forgot how i fixed it. although, ryuji is using ann's anims right now so that might've helped who knows.

Also the women work just fine, so idk whats going wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!

Did you retarget the animations?

Yep, that worked. I did it on Yusuke and it didn't work so I assumed it wouldn't work on Akira either lol, I don't think GFD studio has ever worked with me on Yusuke's anims tho so i guess I'll settle for leaving Yusuke out.
