Extracting voice-files

I want to extract voice files from the P4 to use in a mod for P4G, but I don't know where to look. Where are the voice-files located?

And, if you refer to the PS2 version, they are inside DATA.CVM\MODEL\PACK (battle), and DATA.VCM\SOUND (events).
