I figured out that the .bin files were actually .at9 files, so I just renamed them and converted them to MP3. Whoops.

I unpacked the main CPK and then (using VGMToolbox) extracted all of the .awb files in data/sound/adx2, but all of the output awb folders just contain a bunch .bin files that I don't know what to do with.
