I got from this site, if you were wondering where I got the model.But I am having trouble setting up the eye textures.So might take a bit.

Got the model working in 3dsmax but haven't added all the textures.

do I need to keep the old meshes?
I already added the old bones to the new meshes by adding a skin modifier.

The Bones aren't aligned with the new meshes.

Still open for any help

Can someone help me out I've been trying to do this for 3 hours and still not done.

No matter which cheats I check off It won't work. Once I even checked the pnach itself and all the code says is "//pnach generated by shrinefox.com/PNACHCreator".
