My issue was that it spat out a BGM.new but when i put that into the game it didnt change the song i changed, so that's why I thought I just did it wrong. I did get the extra encoding stuff in the command line however.

Was able to get it working! But I'm having difficulties getting it to repack. It looks like it's repacking, but then my song doesn't play in-game.

The command I'm using might be wrong, it's "xacttool -wb "BGM.xwb" --replace-wave 55.wav"

Having issues with the program, pushing any keyboard key causes it to close suddenly. The only thing I see that gives me any ideas is "Missing required option: -wb" maybe I did something wrong? I tried running in Admin mode too.
