I'm not sure if its a problem on my end, or maybe something with the emulator but, no matter if I disable the 60fps patch or not the game still runs at 60fps and, it's advised not to use rpcs3's built-in framerate limiter as it has an impact on performance, and using a program like RTSS messes up so...
