Problem with mod.cpk (Persona 5)

I'm trying to use the Persona 5 Mod Menu (https://shrinefox.com/?mod=modmenu), and RPSC3 doesn't load the mod.
Since the small adjustements of the Mod Loader works perfectly, I don't think the problem is coming from here.
Also, I think the problem is the mod.cpk file localization, and that it's caused by the rom itself (Mine is labeled BLUS31604 whereas, in the tutorial, it's named NPEB02436)

That means you're modding the Blu-ray version of the game. It's a bit glitchy and sometimes just refuses to work, I have it working but my friend has the same problem. I don't know what can be done to fix it though, sorry

That means I would have to get the PSStore version of the game ?

I'd try getting a non-Blu-ray version yeah. I'm not really an expert but I can guess that this is worth trying
