So I've rigged my model to bc001's skeleton and converted the file from fbx to mds to gmo using P4GMOdelConverter. I know an amd is just a gmo with a header but i don't know how to "add" the header so it's recognized as a amd.
Once that's finished I should be able to replace bc001.amd in bc001.pac using Amicitia and repack data00002.pac using the NR2 pac repacker.
How do I convert GMO to AMD for custom models for P4G PC?

Open bc001 or whatever pac contains the amd with Amicitia and replace the "MODEL_DATA" inside the amd with the gmo file. That has worked for me.

Did you only replace the file in data00002? The battle models are also in data00004 and data00005.
I had only replaced data00002 but I just tried it replacing data00004 and data00005 and it worked... kind of. My model was completely invisible but there was change which is progress.
Edit: The game also crashes once a battle starts.

I've retraced my steps to make sure I'm doing it right and I am now getting the same result but it doesn't crash when in battle. Do you see a floating weapon where your model should be?
