So I've rigged my model to bc001's skeleton and converted the file from fbx to mds to gmo using P4GMOdelConverter. I know an amd is just a gmo with a header but i don't know how to "add" the header so it's recognized as a amd.

Once that's finished I should be able to replace bc001.amd in bc001.pac using Amicitia and repack data00002.pac using the NR2 pac repacker.

Open bc001 or whatever pac contains the amd with Amicitia and replace the "MODEL_DATA" inside the amd with the gmo file. That has worked for me.

Huh, that's weird then because I've tried that multiple times now and the player characters battle model refuses to change.

Did you only replace the file in data00002? The battle models are also in data00004 and data00005.

I had only replaced data00002 but I just tried it replacing data00004 and data00005 and it worked... kind of. My model was completely invisible but there was change which is progress.

Edit: The game also crashes once a battle starts.

I've retraced my steps to make sure I'm doing it right and I am now getting the same result but it doesn't crash when in battle. Do you see a floating weapon where your model should be?

No, no weapon either.

Edit: The fbx model is invisible in Noesis too. Which seems like a problem. I also get 2 errors exporting the model in 3ds Max.
