Used for converting At3 and At9 files to mp3 or wav files,these files are used in vita and ps4 games after extracting
Awb and Acb files.

This was originally in the (old) amicitia forum posted by shrinefox and couldn't find it anywhere in this new site so felt like adding it.

Does this also work with ps2 at3 files? Cause I've tried many different tools and none of them worked properly
