P5 cutins

Hello! I was just wondering if there were any way to edit the cutins that happen during conversations. I tried looking into it on my own but i cannot figure it out lol. I doubt ill get a response but it would be cool if we could edit them : D not a big deal tho 0_0

No, they're kinda like bustups but they like, cut in during convos... Idk how to describe them haha

Theres a way to extract them but not a way to repack them as far as i know

Ah, those cutins during casual conversation.

I've never actually looked at them, but it's a high probability that it's just a common DDS file, the standard image format.

There's a special dds type used in bustups, but those are also repackable, so I think there's no problems with replacing the conversation cutins.

The cutins in P5 are indeed dds, but compressed in some weird way. There's a couple unpackers for it, but as far as I know nothing that repacks them yet. Perhaps someone can look at the source code and figure out how to reverse the process:
