Persona 3 FES, error when patching

Whenever I try to patch P3 FES with the mod compendium I get an error. I have the iso path set to the iso file. I've tried renaming the iso file, moving it to a different drive, etc. and it still won't work. Not sure what to do.

Nevermind, I figured it out. My .iso must have had a problem and not been NTSC.
