Persona Dancing Skin weight issues

hey, i've been ripping the models from persona 3 dancing, and i've been having trouble with incorrect skin weights, i saw in the tutorial how to fix it, but this is more on the problem of know which vertex goes to which bone, specifically Makoto Yuuki's pelvis area, its all screwed up, if you can, can someone help me
