Mod Compendium not moving mods

I think the video is self-explanatory, I can't move any mod up or down in the list.

Update: this only happens with P5 mods, any other game works fine. Downgrading to an earlier version helped with P5.

I also had the same issue when trying to use the compendium with P5 mods. I had to use an older version to get around this issue.
