Struggling with opening .bin files from Persona 3 Fes (data.cvm and btl.cvm)

Hi, u might have heard this before, im currently working for a persona 3 fes translation in my country. The Amiticia and Persona Editor seems to work well with .pak files. Unfortunately, we need to fully access .bin file to adjust into my language and Amiticia/PersonaEditor isn't able to open .bin files. Here's the photo...
