You can use some programs like UltraISO to get the contents of a disc in the iso file If you can install mods without using mod compendium (just copy files into the hostfs directory) you don't even need the iso, just launch the disc first, then close the game, copy the game's executable from the dis...

That one is a fully different thing and I'm kinda not working on it anymore

your only option to import the animations is to use maxscript
if the animation has an epl file you can try getting rid of it by using 010 Editor
and p5_gfd.bt binary template for it.
