Just tried can confirm does work. Also running with the Xbox UI Prompts which were made for the 4K UI and works perfectly. The P5R Bustups obviously look a bit blurry in comparison to everything else but still works well.

It seemingly does not, unpacked the mod.cpk from the 4K UI Mod and placed the font0.FNT in both Data>Mod>Font (with the original font0.FNT in Data>font and without it there) and Data>font and rebuilt and it just displays text as a garbled mess.
