I'm trying to edit some of the sound files of Persona 4 on PS2, but I've encountered an issue. I want to change the order of the .ADX files inside of the .AFS, but I can't figure out how. I'm using DkZ studio, but I also have AFSExplorer.

I want to move 000_000000_00_000.adx to the top of the file so that it looks like this:

I'm pretty sure that the ID of the file (circled in blue) corresponds to its place within the file order. Does anyone know how to change that?
