How do you find the PPU Hash on a PS3?

For the patch creator, it only mentions how to find the PPU in RPCS3. Can that be done with PS3 hardware? I want to try out the Expanded DLC Outfits mod.

Then how am I supposed to use this mod.
You need to Patch your game's EBOOT.bin file to run the patches. When running on PS3 there is no PPU Hash, or at least the EBOOT finds it for you.Ikuzu wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 9:29 pmThen how am I supposed to use this mod.

Which requires this mod.

Which requires you make a patch.

That assumes you're using RPCS3 and requires a PPU hash.
Since you said I 'don't need to' I went ahead and tried bootlegging the mods into a new ones made with Mod Compendium but they didn't work.
As I previously mentioned, everything that is in the patch.yml file of RPCS3 is in th EBOOT.BIN of the game on an actual PS3, so if you patch the EBOOT with the patches then yes, you can run anythingIkuzu wrote: ↑Sun Mar 21, 2021 7:34 pm So can that extended DLC outfits mod be used on a PS3 as a normal mod or not? It adds things to the game rather than swapping or replacing. Which is what I assume it needs to be patched for. I'd also like to be able to use the Skip Intro patch from the Patch Creator on PS3 as a normal mod if possible.
As I already said, you don't need a PPU Hash to patch the EBOOT.
And I keep saying you need a PPU Hash to make the patch(.yml) in the first place. Which by the way, the patch.yml link in that guide is a dead link.Maegix wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 2:02 pmAs I already said, you don't need a PPU Hash to patch the EBOOT.
Just follow this guide: https://shrinefox.com/guides/2019/06/12 ... -patching/
You don't need the PPU Hash, you can just use the one that is defaulted in https://shrinefox.com/PatchCreatorIkuzu wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 3:39 pmAnd I keep saying you need a PPU Hash to make the patch(.yml) in the first place.
