Vinesauce is a variety streamer named Vinny on Twitch & YouTube. His stream's gimmick is corruptions-- dismantling classic games by randomly editing RAM while playing. He's also known for his music, his commentary, and the community surrounding his streams.

A running gag during Vinny's streams is that chat members will request that he play a Persona game, despite him having no interest in the franchise. Although this mod doesn't aim to change his mind, fans of his streams are sure to appreciate the irony.

Primarily, this mod is being developed for the PC (Steam/Xbox Game Pass) version of P5R. It may potentially be ported to PS4 and Switch at a later date, although these plans take low priority. The PC port will have certain exclusive features compared to any eventual console ports, such as configurable options.

On PC, Extract and run Reloaded-II. Extract the contents of the .zip to the Reloaded-II/Mods folder.

If you want to experience the original P5R story with the party member replacements, you still can. Just be aware not all of the art and voices will be replaced and it will be purely cosmetic.

You progress through Mementos. When you reach the end of a block, you gain access to a new dungeon. Dungeons are somewhat reskinned to follow a new theme. Most cutscenes, tutorials, interruptions etc. are gone. You can play with a 20 minute timer.

Completely removed. Vinny is a real person, so we didn't want to make it too weird. Plus, writing all of that would start to make the scope of the project too ambitious for our liking. For those electing to play the original campaign, mods will probably be bundled that disable romance routes.

We don't know yet. Replacing all of the party member assets is taking a very long time, and we still have to do the same for enemies. But most of the scripting logic has been completed so it's just that cosmetic stuff that's left to implement.

Maybe! One of the CardSauce Kickstarter stretch goals got met, which is to play P5 on stream for 20 minutes.
However, it's completely up to him whether to play the modded version or the original. We will see! Either way, please don't pressure anyone about streaming this. It will happen if it happens, if not that's okay. When the mod is finished, everyone is completely free to play it, stream it, or record it.
