Before you can install mods from ShrineFox.com/Browse, you must patch your game.
The fan-made patch for loading modded files is called Mod Support.

This page will walk you through the setup process.

Update PKGs for P5R and some combinations of Dancing game patches are temporarily unavailable for now, due to an oversight made when generating the files. They will be reuploaded soon, more info in this thread.
