so i tried modding it manually by replacing and rename the files. When I start the game it doesen't want to load the sumire model:((

Why doesent it want to load any model with long hair kasumi? Daaaamn:( i thought game can read any model. I soooo want long hair kasumi and now it doesent work:( i tried to replace the long hair winter uniform wit the normal uniform outfit on the kasumi over haru mod. I did so with every model and everything worked...everything but this model:((

Anyone knows why it crashes? Is there a way to fix it? I can't even use kasumi's field animation. It breaks the model. But when I use it with the "kasumi over haru" mod...i can load any model with haru's animation just no long hair model:(
If I can manually fix it, I would appreciate some advice. It's my favourite character and I wanna freeroam as long haired kasumi/sumire. Curious how I can fix it.

It doesn't work because they added a new glasses material. You can either remove glasses in 3DS MAX or replace new material with old one (like vanilla p5 joker glasses) in GFD Studio

ah ok. I understand. I never used nor do I have 3d max? Is it difficult? I would like to remove the glasses. Or would you do it for me please? Just for the winter school uniform?
And why is it when I put original kasumi anination over haru's animation, that it breaks her model and she has white eyes. When I put the haru animation back it is returned to normal

it's not hard at all, just load the model, remove the glasses mesh, export the model

you probably used wrong animation file, that's why your animation was broken

actually, try these model and animations, does it still crash?
