Inject Mods Into ISO to Play on Different Emulator?

A new Android PS2 emulator just released (AetherSX2), and I was thinking if it was possible to play my P3: FES iso with some mods like New Moon balance patch? I don’t think Aemulus is possible on Android so that’s why I’m wondering if I could just inject it into the iso itself (which I think is what Aemulus actually does?)… If not should I just settle for controllable party + widescreen? (the emulator supports PNACH) Would I be missing out w/o the balance patch? In the same vein, would the game be too “easy” with a controllable party and no balance patch?
