Persona Q2 Canon Names Patch Help

I'm not sure if something drastically changed but previously posted guides no longer seem to apply, as the set of files included in the patch is completely different? Please help

The patches for both PQ and PQ2 can be found here in the PQ_Patches-v1.0.1.7z file.
You can still edit the names by opening the code.bin in a hex editor and searching for "Narukami"
