[P4G] [PC] Problem exporting environment models from noesis

[P4G] [PC] Problem exporting environment models from noesis

So I'm trying to export the shopping district models from the .amd files in data00001\field\pack. I got the north and south halves of it but the road model is being finicky. Image
As you can see, the textures on the road are all mixed up when I put the .amd I got from Amicitia into Noesis. This stays true when ever I then export that model as an fbx and put it into blender.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
