Trying to add the playable party mod to Persona 3 fes

Currently have everything else set up(hopefully correctly) however in the mod compendium I can't see any mods for Persona 3 besides the comc sans font example. Even though I have the .pnach file for the controllable party mod in the Persona 3 mod folder. Any help

here is the 2 different versions of the mod along with the compendium and still no mods show up besides the base text change

Because .pnach isnt for mod compendium?

You put .pnach on pcsx2/cheats because its a "cheat" not a "mod"

okay I put it in the cheat file yet it's still not working, cheats are enabled so I don't know what else is going wrong
