Does anyone know of a full Persona 3 Portable translation? Technical Question

Quick question, do you guys know of a full Persona 3 Portable translation to any language? Either done by you or by someone outside the forum. I'm just looking for someone who had translated P3P to any language, it doesn't really matter to which.
I'm looking to get an answer on how to deal with the EBOOT.BIN, so, I'll go into details if someone wants to help or is just good with hex editing.
If you know of any complete translations out there, please let me know, you will help me a lot!
EDIT: I said "EBOOT.PBP", I meant "EBOOT.BIN"
