[Aemulus/Persona 4 Golden PC]: Mods not loading

So, aemulus is set up, reloaded is set up, I unpacked, I built, I only want to install the square menu mod. I have P4G modloader setup on reloaded, Steam Hooks. Nothing loads. Launching through a desktop shortcut won't work, Launching through reloaded won't work, loading from aemulus won't work. My mods used to work before, but I purged them all since there was a lot of garbage in there, I have an empty mods folder. Aemulus programs are set correctly, so is output (in the mods folder) but nothing works.
