Help on finding this asset from P5

I need help finding that blue animated form behind "Press Any Button", i spend some hours digging through but can't seem to find it, all other elements from the title screen i was able to track though.

Its inside the eboot.bin im pretty sure
And no you can't change it without some magic witchcraft
