So, I downloaded the available binary templates that includes templates for P3F and P4G, but it didn't include any for P3P. I was wondering where they can be found, if they even exist.

P3P uses much of the same templates as P3F. Use the P3F template for Persona.tbl and msg.tbl. I made a pull request on TGE's page to fix the skills.tbl, and Sierra has a fix for AICALC that's yet to be released
