So I'm trying to build the Deinterlacing and New Moon mods onto my P3fes ISO with the mod compendium and yet it doesn't seem to work as the opening still looked interlaced.
I used the new method that doesn't involve UltraISO.

Is there something i'm doing wrong or do I need a brand new ISO for it to work? Because I previously patched it with the controllable party mod using XDelta.

just to make sure you didnt failed at enabling hostfs mode

yes HostFS was on and no none of the other mods for the game work
