BustupParamEditorGUI Not Saving Changes To The Y Value On Assist Params

When trying to edit msgAssistBustupParam as the title says making any change to specifically the Y value on any bustup will not save

You're right, this has been in desperate need of a fix for a long time. I'll fit it into my schedule sometime this week to fix it
