Can't change order of mods in Mod Compendium

After downloading the newest version of the Mod Compendium which adds support for P4G PC, I can no longer change the order of mods in the mods list. Clicking on a mod then clicking on the Up and Down arrows on the right side does nothing. Older versions worked perfectly. I redownloaded it and it still doesn't work. Is this a known bug? Is there a way to download an older version of the program?

Edit: I found version 1.2.0 on GitHub and it doesn't exhibit this issue. Seems like a 1.4.0 bug.

Got this issue often as well, though pressing refresh always does the trick for me.
Beta morgana is nightmare fuel lol

Yeah always press refresh so the mod comp actually works
