Help with HostFS modding P3FES. Mods aren't making any changes in the game.

I followed the instructions for the HostFS version of modding persona 3 with the mod compendium but when I start my game up I don't see any of the changes that the mods should make being applied. I've tried this with multiple different mods but none of their changes are being applied. Any ideas?

I start the game by running the .elf file like in the video. I keep the extracted .elf in a different folder that i set as the output for the mod compendium.

The ouput folder looks like this right ?

if it is then either re check your hostFS setting it might still be off
or try to redownload the .pnach file
also make sure that cheat is enabled

I just wanted to let you know i figured it out, it turns out my computer wasnt displaying the full extension for the .pnach file so even though i changed the extension nothing really happened. So I changed it and no everything works smooth as butter. Thanks!
