Help with exporting model to PB

Hi
I edited the models and saved it as FBX now I am trying to export the file to PB Format
I opened cmd
I typed "DDS3ModelConverter if D:\Editing\raidou.fbx"
but then the program starts to tell me about all the options
Did I write it wrong?
