I'm thinking of doing a Brazilian Portuguese translation of Persona 4 Golden (PC)
What do I need to do?
Can anyone help?

I believe
https://github.com/Meloman19/PersonaEditor should work just fine on the PC version?
That being said, a translation for the PS2 version already exists and I'd advise you to either wait or contact the team to see if they aren't already porting the translation to the PC release (or planning on doing it).

Hello, I'm working with the Persona 3 FES translation and I have contacts to the folks who did the Persona 4 PS2 Version translation. We're planning to make a P4G PC translation, but nothing has been decided yet

Use
this tool to unpack .pm1 from
data00004/event, then translate it and pack back!
Also make sure to edit the font first
