P4G PC Reloaded II Not working

I have been having issues getting the Reloaded II with the mod launcher to work with my game and I get this error message when I open it up. Does anyone else have this issue as well, and if so what can be doen to resolve it? Edit: My dumb ass forgot to run as administrator

Make sure you have all of these installed (from reloaded github release page)

I reinstalled them but it still doesn't work. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong

When does this happen with your launcher? I'm not an expert or anything but more details might be helpful.

You need to run Reloaded as administrator the first time you run it.
