Mod Compendium not adding new mods to list

Hey everyone! Sorry if this is off-topic as it's my first time here. I've been trying and failing to mod Persona 3 FES for the last 4 days until I finally got a comic sans modded ELF to boot in PCSX2, now here's the issue, Mod Compendium won't show mods I put in the Persona 3 mods folder into the selectable list in the software. The only mods in the folder is the comic sans mod, Deinterlaced Cutscenes 1.0, and the Persona 3 HD basic package. I've yet to find any sort of solution to this so any help is appreciated.
