building own pkg update

Hi I'm trying to build a pkg, I'm at the step where you just have to generate the pkg. But it keeps giving me the error "[Error] Format of the NP Title file is not valid. (nptitle.dat, NP Title ID mismatch)" and would appreciate any help with figuring this out
edited: I fixed it by using a eboot from a eur 1.02 update but now the mod menu doesn't open when press the square button but everything other mod I installed works
