Persona 3 FES Undub Mod

I believe the currently existing Persona 3 FES Undub mod is dysfunctional, as i have tried it with both old and new methods of modding and it will often use english voices in battle even when many other lines are in japanese. As such I was wondering if someone could make an updated one
