Tool to Decrypt USM files

Could someone please make a decryption tool for P5R's usm files, or tell me how to do it? Honestly, the thing I really want is the OP, so if someone could upload the decrypted version, it would be great as well! Thanks!

You could try VGMToolbox but I haven’t tested it on royal yet but you should give it a try, btw it only exports the video and audio, it won’t put it into one file it just both audio and video will be separate

I did that first thing, but audio and video were a bunch of garbage. If I'm not mistaken that should mean that it is encrypted, right? Plus this web page here says that they are encrypted:
