[P4G PC] A mod that makes Heaven play uninterrupted during battles?

Hey there,
I was wondering if there was a way to make a mod that makes the song Heaven play uninterrupted.
It's such a great song but the enemy encounters only let you hear the first like 20 seconds before "NOW I FACE OUT, I HOLD OUT, I REACH OUT TO THE TRUTH---"
Anyways, I haven't seen anything like that here or on Gamebanana.
It's probably impossible, but I think it's worth asking.
