Having "Your Affection" playing at all times in August

This is one of my biggest pet peeves about the game, as small as it is. During summer break - on the map/location select you'll get Your Affection playing but when you enter any spot, there's only cicada chirping and no music. Incredibly annoying to me personally. I noticed a music mod manager is coming soon on gamebanana but I'm not sure if the cicada chirping is a "song" that can be replaced.
