Yea this i figured out. It is just that I wanna have her as the MC on field...and suddenly it doesen't work.
I saw in youtube someone olaying as rise and it was just fine.
And so weird that when I change or reolace files in the costumes model folder tje game crashes

No no....as explained before...i swap or replace and rename the files i wanna change. Then I repack it into the data00001.pac and then i start the game

I dont know how to edit or delete animations. I just exchange models. Well if I rename yukiko's n301_3 model to fc00_0 it works...it loads...but the animations are wrong and she walks in one place

If you are modding the PC version I would recommend following this guide: https://gamebanana.com/tuts/13379
It can save you some time and you won't have to repack the data files every time.

Sorry I don't really understand the last document that you've sent.
Grrrr.... there most be a way for it to work. As said before on youtube there sre videos how people walk as other characters in tje city
