Persona 4 (PC) Randomizer

Hello, I'm new here but with the release of Persona 4 on PC, I was thinking of trying my hand at modding Persona 4. My first thought was to create some kind of randomizer that could change up the moves/stats of the other party members, Persona levels/moves/arcana, and enemies for each playthrough. I still have to read up on the tools listed on this site, and I'm sure more info on the PC version will be posted as people experiment with it, but I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in something like this, or if they'd have any suggestions on how to get started or whatnot.
