P4 Change party persona progression to match their P4G counterpart

Change party members' persona and skill progression (including retaining a weakness for second tier personas like Yosuke's Susano-o) in P4 to match that of their P4G version, barring their bike and social link skills that can't be put in anyway.

Or to put it in an another way, a .bl template used in 010 Editor for Persona 4 Vanilla.

PS: How do you mod skills into each party personas too, actually? Cuz I don't know the digits or whatever it is called that correspond to party personas skill slots)
