Catherine font ported to P5

A mod that changes P5's font to the one used in Catherine.

Note: The font is actually Johnston ITC STD Medium (Italic) which is what Catherine Full Body uses for the UI texts in the English release on the Switch/PS4.
In the same folder there is also a font called Catherine which I'd assume was used for other texts in the UI or might be something Catherine Classic uses. (I only played Full Body so I don't know exactly.)
