So I dont have Darkechi and Kasumi but the mod should still work right? I tried various thing to move the mods up and down so the p3mc mod and this have priority but I still only hear Jokers jpn Voice not P3 MC :/

make a new mod using mod comp > open that new mod folder > put sound_jp inside "Data" of that new mod folder
