Hi guys,

Here is a mod project I am working on, the goal is to upscale all the environmental textures of the game (x2 in width and height i.e. 4x times more pixels).

The uspcaling has been performed with waifu2x caffe software

Have you tried contacting Rexis? The reason menu is broken is because most HUD elements need to be their original size unless you have the proper hacks https://shrinefox.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=107

Thanks for the help! no I didn't but I found the issue: it seems that GFD studio does not support the repacking of textures with transparency, hence the bugs when trying to upscale and repack some textures like the boot screen panels on the wall 'new game', 'load game', etc...

Updated the mod, now cover all the textures I could do (about 700Mo of textures). Also fixed visual bugs.

Updated the mod, I am now able to modify all the game textures. Currently 55/700 bin files have been upscaled. Shibuya is the best place to see the result. Almost all textures are upscaled there.

And does this mod work fine along with rexis 4K UI and 4k Royal bustups?

Yes it works perfectly, you will need to unpack the 4k UI and bustups and build them together with my mod using the mod compendium
